Our Reliable System Will Solve Your Drainage Problems
There are multiple inside tile systems on the market today but not all are equal in quality or performance. With our inside perimeter below the basement floor drainage tile sump pump system you can be assured of a dry basement. We use only high-quality equipment and materials along with experienced staff to install our system.

Installation of Our System
The system can be altered depending on the type of basement you have or in some homes, we may recommend an outside system. If we find structural damage to your walls, we can recommend corrections for this problem as well. We will always check your grade around the outside of the home and recommend the needed changes to turn water away from the foundation to reduce hydrostatic pressure.
- You will need to move your personal property back a minimum of 6 feet from around the inside perimeter of the basement toward the center of the room(s)
- We will cover the furnace, water heater, washer, dryer, etc., with plastic sheeting
- We will turn the furnace off for a short time in the winter, so it will not spread dust throughout the home
- We will then jackhammer out 12” to 18” of the basement floor and excavate out soil to the base of the footing
- We will install 4” corrugated perforated drainage tile bedded in 1” clean stone
- The tile will be plumbed into the new sump basket with the new pump if you do not already have a sump system
- If you have a hollow cell foundation wall, all cells would be drilled at the bottom to drain these cells
- We will install a drainboard system on the wall and across the footing to the tile
- We will pour new concrete floor back in place
- We will clean up and haul away all debris
- Option radon compatible. We can either seal the top of the drainboard to minimize radon or if radon is not a problem, our system functions better if not sealed
