Stumpf Construction Ltd., a family-owned business, was founded in 1976 by Terry Stumpf and his father, Bob, in Riverside, Iowa. With year of construction experience, Terry started from a small home office and shop, later expanding to the current Highway 22 location.

Now a third-generation business, Terry's son Chad, who has been involved since childhood, owns the company. With a degree in Construction Management, he brings expertise in Engineering and Architectural design.

Stumpf Construction Services Inc. is a trusted general contractor specializing in basement waterproofing, foundation repairs, underpinning, drainage solutions, and retaining walls. To meet growing demand, we launched, "Basement MD" in 2000 focusing on moisture damage solutions.
